The steps behind your commitments

The date is set. Preparations are under way.

The grave cross has been ordered but not yet confirmed. The flowers are ordered, but the delivery time is still outstanding. The condolence book still needs to be taken along. When several funeral cases run in parallel, these steps need a fixed place.

01 · Preparation

Grave cross and lettering

Record the order, desired inscription and outstanding questions as a task in the funeral case. The progress status shows what still needs clarification.

02 · Preparation

Flowers and condolence book

Document floral arrangements with delivery time and confirmation. Add the condolence book as a separate preparation step.

03 · Preparation

Minister and cemetery office

Keep appointment arrangements, responsibilities and replies together in the case file. Outstanding coordination remains traceable.

Your name stands
for care.

If the grave cross is missing or the flowers do not arrive, it becomes apparent at the interment. Relatives rely on your commitments. Funerivo helps you keep track of the associated tasks and outstanding replies.

What was promised, what is done and where a reply is still missing: the shared record supports your daily checks.

  • Identify outstanding steps

The checklist distinguishes between outstanding, in progress and completed.

  • Record responsibility

Record who is handling a task. Notes capture questions and arrangements.

  • Add the preparation steps you need

Custom tasks record the steps specific to this funeral case and the relatives' wishes.

The standard checklist includes the grave cross, floral arrangements and discussion with the minister, among other things. Custom tasks, such as the condolence book, can be added.

Before we meet.

Can I add our own preparation steps?

Yes. You can add tasks and edit existing checklist items. This includes progress, responsibility, date and notes.

How do handovers remain traceable?

Authorised staff work with the same funeral case file. Updated task statuses and notes show what has been done and which steps remain outstanding.

How does the introduction work?

You send your business and contact details through the enquiry form. We contact you personally, demonstrate the workflow and discuss onboarding. After this, 14-day trial access can generally be set up.
